Story:
Located in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, Aqua offers creative Peruvian seafood dishes. Aqua serves the community while preserving the culture of the locals.

Challenge:
I was tasked with building a custom typeface with the request of it having serifs. I gave name to the restaurant, AQUA, accentuating the tail of the Q, as a wave.

Opportunity:
Researching the arts of Peruvian culture, I fell in love with the free colors of Peruvian textiles. I used wave shape from the Q and used as a visual hook. With the wave shape, Aqua can make an infinite number of patterns.
